Is something missing??

Let's face it, losing weight is hard and keeping it off once you’ve lost it can be even tougher.  In fact, some studies show that 85% of people who go on a weight loss diet are unable to keep the weight off.   Interestingly, studies have been done on people who have lost a lot of weight and kept it off for years. These people tend to use exercise along with healthy eating have a better chance of keeping it up.  Bottom line:  to make long term lifestyle changes and interrupt the cycle of dieting exercise and changes in behaviors are key components that should not go ignored.

In spite of how difficult it can be to lose and maintain your weight on a diet.  We are constantly trying to find the best one to suit our needs.  Maybe you are trying a new diet to achieve weight loss success,  or perhaps you are going back to a diet that you saw results from the past.  Either way you are probably wondering what is missing.  Often times we are searching for what is the right piece to add to the weight maintenance puzzle.
